Major Corporate Donors

August 2020: The RBC Foundation donated $5,000 as part of its ongoing focus on creating a positive social impact. RBC is dedicated to working with charitable organizations that share their goal to help make a difference in local communities where they do business.
July 2020: In response to the Covid pandemic that has affected all Canadians, Canadian Tire Corporation provided financial supports to United Way Yukon so that we could continue to provide funding for non-profits and charities that support our most vulnerable people.
September 2020: Breakfast at Shipyards Park and an online silent auction kicked off the 2020 United Way Annual Campaign, with 120 items on offer from local businesses. Yukon government employees volunteered to organize and carry out the event which raised over $40,000.
November 2020: CIBC worked with United Way Centraide Canada to provide financial support to non-profit programs across Canada. United Way Yukon directed $5,500.00 to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Society Yukon and their Community Lunch program.
